Overview
A near derelict traditional Norfolk flint cottage, Tom secured planning permission for a complete renovation and extension to create a modern 4 bedroom home. New extensions followed the palette of materials and and detailing to provide for holistic scheme. Set in new landscape settings the property now forms an entrance landmark to the village.
