In order for Ground Designs Ltd to operate, we require the use of personal information. This privacy policy sets out the details of what information is collected, as well as how that information is used and protected.

We hold information about clients, including name, contact details, and relevant information pertaining to any project work being undertaken as given by the client with their consent.

Information is completely confidential and is only shared with relevant parties as part of the design, planning and building process as discussed with the client, and when required to do so by law. 

Information is used by Ground Designs Ltd in working with the client. We take the security of all personal information very seriously and it is held in a locked filing cabinet or on a password protected computer.

The client has the right to access information that we hold about them and to have any inaccuracies corrected. We are happy to answer any questions or concerns clients may have about the information we hold on them.
