Overview

The Ball Room is a historic property located in Blakeney above the coastal foot path with outstanding views over the marshes and estuary. The property when purchased was very dated and in poor repair.

Tom worked very closely with there client to extend, remodel and renovate to create the premium holiday home on the North Norfolk coat with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The scheme is of the highest level combining restored period features with luxurious contemporary design.
